Mingyan Xi will be speaking at the prestigious China Intellectual Property & Innovation Summit (CIPIS) 2026 in Shanghai on the topic, “Application of SEP Injunctions by the UPC Court.” In his talk, he will provide valuable insights into the evolving role of the Unified Patent Court in granting SEP injunctions and explore the implications for both SEP holders and licensees in the European Union and beyond.
