Based in Munich, our international team of German patent attorneys, professional representatives before the European Patent Office and US patent attorneys represents clients’ interests directly and efficiently on both sides of the Atlantic.
We are one of the few law firms in Europe that, as a one-stop shop, can offer clients direct representation before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in addition to traditional representation before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), the German Federal Patent Court (BPatG), the European Patent Office (EPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the Unified Patent Court (UPC), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). We also maintain a network of selected partner law firms around the world to protect our clients’ interests.
