The next step is to arrange a telephone interview with you. This meeting allows both sides to clarify open questions and gain a better insight into our firm.

4. Personal interview:

Successful candidates will be invited to a personal interview. Here you will have the opportunity to get to know our team and our firm while we assess your qualifications and determine together how well you fit into the team.

5. Decision-making process:

After the interview, we will make a decision together with you. We discuss whether a collaboration makes sense for both sides and clarify any unanswered questions.
